With three different properties to choose from, each gorgeous home features Jo’s signature farmhouse style and makes you feel right at home with the cozy décor.

But you’ll want to act fast as these properties book up fast! In fact, bookings typically open for both the Hillcrest Estate and Magnolia House twice a year – once at the beginning of the year and once midway through the year. Carriage House Rental

Originally located in Grapevine, Texas, this charming home was moved onto the property in the 1980s and was renovated in season 3 of Fixer Upper. It now sits beside the Magnolia House in McGregor, Texas, just outside Waco.

This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can serve as a peaceful getaway for up to six people. You’ll also enjoy shiplap walls, arched-frame built-in bookcases, an antique fireplace surround, and access to a full laundry room while staying in the Carriage House. Isn’t that front porch amazing? 😍

Magnolia House Hillcrest Estate

Hillcrest Estate Rental

The Hillcrest Estate features a downstairs master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom suite. There’s also a guest room with a king bed and a converted full bathroom. The upstairs has three bedrooms and shares a full bathroom with a vanity. The first bedroom contains two queen beds, the second contains two twin beds, and the last bedroom contains one queen bed.

This home also features a full kitchen with updated appliances and all the comforts of home as far as flatware, glassware, dinnerware and small appliances. For your convenience, a laundry room with washer and dryer, laundry detergent, and fabric softener is on the backside of the kitchen.

Magnolia House

Magnolia House Rental

The Magnolia House features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest room with two twin beds on the first floor. These bedrooms share a full bathroom fitted with a clawfoot tub and separate shower. Upstairs is a loft-style bedroom with a queen bed, and two small bedrooms with a twin sized bed in each. There is also an en-suite bathroom in the loft fitted with a shower.

You’ll also enjoy a full kitchen with updated appliances and all the comforts of home as far as flatware, glassware, dinnerware, and small appliances. For your convenience, a laundry room with washer and dryer, laundry detergent, and fabric softener is on the backside of the kitchen. A full coffee bar nook is a fun addition to the top floor, and features a small eat-in area and a view of the street – the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.
